I try not to. It's an old habit from the Sct days. I had a perfect record for hit7running in Sct.
I even got a free invite for having 0 hit&runs last Christmas and for posting in the "Christmas Tree" thread.

Never. Not even on those rare occasions when I use MVGroup ot TPB for downloading some rarities (which can't be obtained elsewhere).
if seedrule is long i yes hnr.....

I inadvertantly used to when I first started torrenting and didn't know what I was doing... I assumed that as I was downloading then I was sharing and it was ok to stop when I'd gotten what I was after...
We all live and learn though... these days I just leave it running till I've managed to seed back a full share, or if it's been something hard to find then I'll leave it seeding in case anyone else is looking for it :)
