Every traker has it's own test, maybe for the pre time, good comunity, good speed what ever is it for, the main things is every traker has it's won test and people like to have this test and thats why they want to join in different site.
Like Di@monds say you have to find a person who have the SCC invite and will give you. Maybe FST will help or your current traker will help. But You need to find a person.
It;s hard to be invited when you belong to a banned country! trust me!
If India is ban then how the people from India still using the SCC account, India is ban to new signup not for the account usages. I hard lots of people using SEEDBOX to signup the new account and using the account from his/her ISP. If India is ban completely then they cant browsing the web pages even the log in pages.
