At the end of every week points are awarded for those in the uploading top.If you are in the first 10000 you get one point and if your in the first 1000 you get 2 points and first 100 and so on.You can see your ranking by clicking your name.

Is the rank upload-dependent or it depends on the average of the upload (the amount of the total upload divided by the age of your account)
Also why do I need to know my rank for this month? since users get the points on weekly basis?
