Asperger's is diagnosed by multiple factors, none of which Oleg exhibits. OCD is such an intensive issue that people cut their own skin off while trying to clean it. It's not a laughing manner when just to bring your blood pressure down you almost kill yourself. And I won't even go near GAD. Either whoever diagnosed Oleg is just as smart as Oleg, or some part of the story is made up.
