In essence it is filesharing, the stream is getting passed through your ISP.

Technically yes it would be. A personal storage server in which only you access wouldn't be filesharing.

You should particularly look at #Streaming_bandwidth_and_storage. You're uploading a file to a server which your ISP is grabbing from.

edit: It's like trying to say that FXP'ing is streaming.
