Tutorials for setting up proxies with uTorrent?

Thank you for that information. I know I am slow at learning. I do know you gave me two options. I can't buy a dedicated IP, but if I want the other option which is port forwarding, will that be free? Are there any tutorials for setting it up?

Also, what software firewall do you prefer, and/or recommend?

If you mean whether it comes at no extra cost, then that depends. Read their features page and send an e-mail if unsure. This is the kind of stuff you have to find out before paying.
