Having everyone have two posts to be a member

Personally, I don't really see what the big deal is. Is it so much work to type out a few decent posts?
It seems to me that too many people see this place as an NZB dump that happens to have a forum, instead of the other way around. I assume staff are just trying to get a bit more activity on the forum side, instead of the same 10 or so people that do most of the posting all the time. (If it's even 10...Maybe less)

It could be worse..What if they reqired 2 posts per month to access the NZB section? Guess that would make too many heads explode :crazy:

NZB posts & comments DO NOT count.

Post something profound or just spam us, everyone else has, then wait for half hour + for the system to update itself, og out, go & have sex or something, come back & log in later on, your status will have changed and you can go back to doing what you did before today.

I've been around for a while and find this to be a very valuable site. Haven't seen much in the forums that interest me, but the NZB posts are awesome!

Probably in the same way that not posting anything makes you a member.

I don't mind at all, this is a good resource for us all after all

So here is the thing. I am perfectly fine that the Admins have decided to generate more traffic on the forum and not just have this site as a nzb dumping ground. I would hope that next time this time of change is mentioned ahead of time to let people know instead of just pulling the rug out from underneath. At times I dont have much to say on the forum and I will correct that just for this site as I have been registered with this site and have enjoyed it for awhile. My question is now if I make posts right now am I still waiting 15 days for my status to even change since I have been registered? Let me know as I am trying to find out what the accurate information is. Thanks.
