I've been using NewsDemon for over a year, mostly happy with them. Retention is good and have recently grabbed stuff over 1200 days.

astraweb & newshosting both work fine for me....Retention means nothing on usenet now as things get taken down that quick

I have been using newshosting for year. It works great for me.
