I know someone who did that, with healthfusion, if I remember correctly and got really good recommendation letters from his supervisor. If you are not going to get paid, at least get a good recommendation for future work that you may apply for.

I work as a volunteer every Wednesday. I am required to enter information into Microsoft Excel. Maybe I'll be able to get a real job one day (the one that pays money).
