Ask your friends at CIA to arm/train/organize some more thugs and criminals, then I might consider to spare you.

I'm Canadian so the only thugs and criminals I know are hockey players and Quebecois.

Also I'm pretty sure no one has friends at the CIA.

It's sort of like the Mafia except there's more tendency towards illegal activity.
