I have a great job but doesn't pay me much...(some of it's voluntary as well) I love being there but soon I'll have to find a "proper" job that pays "proper" money ;)
It all boils down to money in the end.
I have had my job for just over a year and although I really like the people i work with and the work I do but recently there has been so much politics and crap bought in as well that I am very disheartened.

It's hard to decide what's best, a job with less money and cool people or bucketloads of money and crap people ;)
