remove your MotherBoard's Cell and replace it, by the time all ur time and windows password'S database as longin password will be reseted. ;)
if you have the admin password, use the admin to delete the password
if you forgot the admin password, boot with a win2000 cd, and create a new admin password......
Again what does the Motherboard/BIOS have to do with Windows XP logon password. Seriously I don`t see the connection here. His friend has trouble login in Windows.Quote:

Ok I just tryed Offline NT Password & Registry Editor and it works great. You can re-set you passoword with it.
I don't know why this thread has got so complicated.
Users account passwords for Windows cannot be changed in the BIOS.
Maybe the other software works I don't know as I've never tried them but ERD Commander works EVERY time. Just boot with the CD, chose your Windows installation then with Locksmith you can change any password (even the admin account) without knowing the old password.
