I still think it's a piss take how I have to pay taxes yet I'm not allowed to vote on anything which could affect how tax money is spent.

Nah I worked in a hardware shop, I enjoyed it so I stay for 5 years, had 6 pay rises (at 21 I took home after tax etc £100 per week) , was a bit shit really, aparently I was just a kid..........at 21? :blink:

@Bo...........Whoa no, don't get me started on that, all them students that don't pay tax and get intrest free loans while someone the same age gas to pay full everything, you don't do quite as bad as you think, I don't think the driving age should be 17, I think it should be 21 :)

I don't have a loan of any kind, I'm at 6th form, but I do pay taxes from my wages

@MJPF.......I think standard rate of tax free earnings is £4880 atm, then 10% on the next £1800, then 22% upto 27 grand, then 42% on everything over that :)
