A harsh rule, but fair in the main, I find.
Ok..........wanker.
This one was second to last on my googling...

Ignore that last one on the first page...he is not me.
Re: This is just eerie...
I just searched my real name, first hit was a doctor of something, the second hit is a teacher I think, the third hit is a fisherman, the fourth a photographer, the fifth is a singer, the sixth cleans chimneys and the seventh is missing in Thailand.
I didn't know there were that many people with the same name as I in this entire country. :S
Ten pages of hits

Others have made the same mistake, SnnY.
While it is a curious circumstance, it is most assuredly not a reference to the Almighty or his Son, nor is it a proclamation of self-importance.
The real reason is just as mundane as it could possibly be.
Re: This is just eerie...
'k, just checking, it's a silly term/abbreviation anyway.
Letting j2k4 stand for that I mean. But it could explain why the others chose the name.
I've seen ppl with the same username in a couple of places myself, and they weren't you, I don't think.

Quite right; I have noted that there are a few gamers who picked up the nick a short while back, and one actually joined the board here so as to inform me we shared it (this was about 6 months ago, I think).
My original post in this thread was in reference to having googled my real name, though.
I've been trying to remember who it was started a thread in here (long ago) about googling our nicknames...

Did you ask him why he had chosen the name, 'cos I wonder why they do.
And for that matter I wonder why anyone would use the abbreviation. Christians trying to make their faith hip are so pathetic, and to abbreviate the second coming like so just sounds disrespectful. :ermm:

No, I didn't think to; in any case, most such discussions are fraught with interminable lapses once the amenities have been exchanged.
This kid wanted to be friendly based on name only (Come visit my forum, it's reeeeealy kewl!!!), and I just wasn't up to it.
As to your last, I'm afraid that if you continue, I may develop a complex and change my name out of a misplaced sense of blaspheme-flavored guilt. :)

I believe that you have to be a Catholic to really get the most out of that though.
