between what.cd and waffles, u shoudl be good to go unless u're looking for really rare stuff.
i've actually foudn that some stuff that i couldnt' find on private trackers, especially older stuff, could be found on pub trackers, so don't forget to check just in case.

Oh well I used to use some music software like Ashampoo Music Studio 3,play songs on some uuploading site and then record them but that was not profitable,now I'm just downlading full CD's from mostly What.cd

I have been trying to get into some of the private trackers, but have not had any success. I know that I would like to get in to VIPv2 and digdogdug but I have absolutely no idea how to get an invite. When asking in the IRC channels i get kicked and banned. Any ideas please?
