tl indeed is the easiest because of its huge userbase.

more and more trackers value seedtime in addition to the amount of upload. then there's of course freeleech and the ratioless trackers.

i'd say the overall trend in the private bittorrent scene is to make it easier and more comfortable for members to keep a good ratio.

if you are smart and have some experience you shouldn't have problems on any private tracker. even with a slow connection.

excellent analysis

Bitmetv is the hardest for me, even with a seedbox to seed on. You have to be very selective in what you download and as it is a TV only tracker it takes longer to build up a ratio as the TV Season DVDrips on the site are hardly downloaded. No free leech packs etc makes you work for your ratio.

Still a great site none the less.

the hardest tracker to seed on is definitely iPLAY (for non romanian connections) and the easiest is probably Snowtigers.

Hmmmm .. the hardest trackers to seed surely would be those where you want to download a lot of stuff .. (specially if you have slow connection .. just hate to wait long time ulpoading or seeding so i can download "one" torrent that i want) :D

i don't now a tracker that is very hard to seed...it's all about the ammount of time that u have.

If you are normal user with home connection, don't think about getting files from what or waffles. Those are not consumer-oriented. Since i was a member, i download what i wanted for a long time which was about 400mb, but it took me 3 months to seed back to normalize my ratio. If you are a music lover, you won't like those trackers.

It's not all about amount of leechers or size of release, but also time of seeding and rules of sites

Scc+Sct are pretty hard to seed on, even with a server. TL is crazy easy. I'm yet to find a torrent that isn't seeded 1:1 within a couple of days, even if its near dead.

For me the hardest site to seed is bitmetv
TL, RevTT are very easy to seed, when you upload enough to remove wait time

Completely echoed my thoughts there. But users like us with low bandwidth must also be responsible enough to join the site where we can keep a positive ratio on,thus not betraying our inviter.

I've found Karagarga and BitMeTV to be the hardest, Waffles is a bit difficult as well. TL and TB are really easy.

KG and thevault are hard to seed
IPT and TB are easy

you guys are just noobs. i've got no problems keeping a good ratio at what/waffles/bitme/bitmetv/etc. i'll admit, starting out is a bit hard, but once you figure out what to do, it's easy.

Whole-heartedly disagree with the last sentence here. What is one of my top 3 trackers and I love waffles as well - and these trackers are definitely for music lovers. Is it easy to seed on them? No, it certainly isn't.

But I too have a puny home connection. And I'm a power user on both sites with a decent buffer. The secret? Seed the weekly comics packs. It doesn't matter if you're into comics or not - I'm usually able to get at least a gig's worth of upload each week from these packs. That's 1-2 FLAC cds a week right there.

The hardest one I use is Karagara, by far.

When I still had my bitmetv back in the day (got pruned for inactivity unfortunately), it was super hard to seed. I suppose its really really hard nowadays?

ATM, I find that waffles is hard to seed. Lots of torrents, lot of seeders. :rolleyes: Hard to maintain a ratio IMO unless you're the one uploading your own CD's and stuff.

Torrents.ru is the easiest ever!
If you know russian or can use a translator :) Taking into account the large number of peers (like thousands (!) on latest DVD releases), that makes sense.

The trackers that are full of seedboxes are the hardest to seed on with your home connection.

Easiest seems to be TL, SCT

I have never been on a tracker that is truly difficult to seed on. And I have only 1mbit up.

TL is easy as hell. Specialty trackers can be tougher like music-only ones.

Easiest - TL , SCC and ScT (packs FTW)

Hardest - What, Waffles, BitMe and iPlay.
