The best tracker in your opinion is?

Sct is the best, i find everything there!

even i use TPB/demonoid as my last resort because after TPB there is nuthing left....it means if u cant find it on TPB it probabaly doesnt exist in the toorenting world

No annoying PM's about how they need donations to keep the server running.

The "best trackers", in the sense of what is most difficult to achieve from the siteop perspective, are those that have been around for a long time and still have very good / active uploaders (-> content) and userbase / community. The larger the userbase, the more difficult this is to achieve actually, for various reasons (target of anti-p2p groups, the number of cheaters and other unwanted (harmful) members grows proportionally, server costs etc. etc.).
