Most times poor speeds on bittorent are because the user is behind a router and the ports it uses arnt forwarded, its all there in the bittorent section.Quote:

Are there any cheats for Halo?
No, there are no actual button Cheats for Halo. There are Easter Eggs, glitches, and tricks however. Look here for some fun tricks, Easter Eggs and glitches to perform. Some of those glitches can give you special abilities like unlimited health or ammo, but they were unintentionally put into the game, and can’t be considered cheats. Anyone who claims to have found a cheat is not telling the truth.
How do people hack Halo?
Halo is hacked by using a mod chip. However, mod chips void the Xbox's warranty, and can ruin the system.
Do I receive anything for beating the game on Legendary?
If The Maw, which is the last level of Halo, is beaten on Legendary, you can view an alternate ending video to the game. It is just a small clip meant to be funny, showing a blue Elite and Sgt Johnson fighting over an Assault Rifle, then as the Pillar of Autumn begins to explode, and they hug.
Is Halo playable on Xbox Live?
Short answer, no. Halo was released a full year before Xbox Live, and is not compatible with it. However, Halo can be played through the XBC tunnel, which is another internet gaming site. Halo is also playable through the Gamespy tunnel.
I am having trouble with the flood. How do I kill them?
First you are going to need an assault rifle, shotgun and lot of grenades. When you see a big wave of flood coming find a corner or spot with you’re back against the wall quickly. Then you make sure your shotgun is fully loaded. When they start coming for you start shooting them as quickly as possible. Reload you’re shotgun after 3 or 4 shots so you won’t have a longer reload time. The floods carry an immense number of ammo. Grab as much as you can, and don’t forget to throw some grenades when it gets crazy. Use the assault rifle on the Infection Forms that jump up at you, and every time you see one of the Carriers that blow up shoot them with the Assault Rifle before they get close to you. If you are lucky they will take out some of there own with there explosions. Make sure you have a great hiding spot. One that’s not in the open really in a corner in which only a few flood can come in and hurt you. When you are in an open level and you want to snipe out the flood, don’t use the sniper rifle, it has no effect on them. You can empty entire clips on them and it won’t affect them. Use any other weapon.

What is a Halo Clan?
A clan is a group of people that get together to play a game. In this case, Halo. They may get together on split screen, LAN, online, or anywhere else they can play. Some clans are very laid back, and just try to have fun, while others are sore winners and losers, and spam to get people to join their group. It’s up to you to choose the right clan when you decide to get involved with one.
Is there such a thing as Halo 1.5?
Well, yes there is, but it’s not what many people think it is. Halo 1.5 was rumored to be an update for the Xbox version of Halo, with lots of new content. That was completely false however. The software Bungie used to make Halo with makes it impossible to make add-ons to the game, so there will never be an update to Xbox's Halo. The real Halo 1.5 was the code name for one of the Halo PC beta tests. However, it leaked onto the internet, and many people downloaded it. If you do happen to find the beta, I suggest you do not download it, because it is an illegal release of a beta not meant for the public, and you could be charged with a crime.
Can I carry more then two weapons in Halo?
Yes, but only on one level, the Pillar of Autumn. It is a glitch that lets you pick up two weapons, in addition to the pistol given to you by the Captain. You can view the video showing how to complete the glitch here.
When is Halo PC coming out?
It’s out now! Halo PC can be purchased anywhere that video games are sold at. Halo has also been released for the Mac, and sports the same features as the PC version.
What is new on Halo PC?
There is a lot of new content on Halo PC, including six new maps. They are Timberland, a forest level, Infinity, a canyon, Death Island, which is like the Silent Cartographer, Gephyrophobia, a huge bridge, Danger Canyon, yet another canyon level, and Ice Fields, which is another Ice level. There are also two new weapons, the Fuel Rod Gun, which the Hunters use, and the Flamethrower. There are three new multiplayer vehicles. The Shade stationary gun, the Banshee, and a Rocket Launcher modified Warthog. Check out Microsoft's Halo PC site for more info.
I heard there are novels about Halo. Is that true?
Yes. Three novels based around the story of Halo have been released. The first, titled The Fall of Reach explains what was happening prior to the game. The second book, The Flood, is based on the game itself, but it goes into more detail, and explains what is happening from the perspectives of the marines and Covenant. The third book, First Strike, explains the story between the games of Halo and Halo 2. The Fall of Reach and First Strike were both written by Eric Nylund, and The Flood was written by William Dietz. You can buy the novels at every major bookseller.
Will there be a movie made about Halo?
Not at this time. Bungie has announced that they do not plan to sell the rights of Halo to any movie company, since so many great video games have been made into poor movies, and Bungie does not want Halo to meet that fate. There is a possibility that a movie could be made eventually, although the chances are not very good. Do not expect a Halo movie anytime soon. When is Halo 2 going to be released?

Yes, it is. There will also be a moon level, not know if it’s Earth's or another planet's, complete with low gravity. The Covenant home world will also come into play, as well as at least one other Halo, possibly more. There will also be several other completely new locations.
Is the Master Chief, and are the marines back in Halo 2?
Yes, the Master Chief will be back and he is even getting upgraded with new armor and gear. All of the marines are back, and there are new marine units, like the Orbital Drop Shock Troopers, medics, Pelican Dropship pilots, recon teams, and more.
Is 343 Guilty Spark back in Halo 2?
It is not confirmed or denied by Bungie, but they hinted that he will be back, since he is shown flying away at the end of the original Halo game.
What new Races are there in Halo 2?
The Covenant Brutes, which have the smarts of Elites and power of Hunters, and the Prophets, the Covenant religious leadership are known to make an appearance in Halo 2. You can see concept art of them here.
What new weapons are in Halo 2?
The Sub-Machine Gun, which has a high rate of fire but is inaccurate, and the Battle Rifle, which looks like an upgraded Assault Rifle with a scope but slower rate of fire. The Covenant also has new weapons. The Brutes have a weapon that seems to be like a Plasma Rifle or Fuel Rod Gun, but its unknown if it will be usable or not. The other known Covenant addition is a purple weapon that was seen being used by Elites in a video segment at X03. But that’s all that is known about it. What new vehicles are in Halo 2?
There will be several new types of Warthogs: The Snowhog is white and has treads but is currently thought to be unarmed, the Junglehog is a camouflage version of the Warthog with upgraded tires and armor, the Troophog is a troop carrier version of the Warthog, with the back LAGG replaced with seats, but it's also unarmed. Then there is the original Warthog without a weapon, and there is a Warthog with a mounted Gauss Rifle, which is like a rocket launcher. There is also an ATV, which is unarmed, but the Master Chief can fire any one-handed gun while riding it, the Covenant Shadow is a Covenant version of the Warthog with a plasma weapon on the back instead of a Human weapon, the Creep is a Covenant armored personnel carrier, with a mounted plasma weapon, and there is a new Covenant dropship, the Phantom, which is bigger and more well armed then its Halo 1 counterpart. Will Captain Keyes be back in Halo 2?
Captain Keyes died in the first Halo, and his body blew up with the ring. Electronic Gaming Monthly has said there is a 0.001% chance of his return, and Bungie has said he’s gone. Captain Keyes will not be back in Halo 2.
Will the flood be back in Halo 2?
Yes, the Flood will tie into the storyline of Halo 2, and will make another appearance, but it’s not known to what extent, or how they will return.
What is Halo 2's storyline?
Not much is known but we know the Earth is attacked, but at one point the assault will end, the Flood return, at least one other Halo comes into play, and the war is taken to the Covenant. Bungie has said that much more of the Covenant and Forerunner history will be revealed in Halo 2.
Will there be a public beta test for Halo 2?
No, there will not. The only people that will be testing Halo 2 are top Bungie and Microsoft employees, and every employee that does participate in the test has to sign a non-disclosure agreement. So anyone who talks about knowing a Halo 2 beta tester, or says they are one, is not telling the truth.
How is the Artificial Intelligence improved in Halo 2?
The Covenant will scurry under ledges, leap over obstacles, and climb up structures. They'll fluidly move with animal-like grace while talking and coordinating amongst their squads. They'll even use flashlights to hunt down the Master Chief in the darkness. The Human forces will also be smarter in Halo 2 though. They'll work better as a team and flip over objects to create cover. The Marines will also know how to call in support from a Warthog or point out an enemy sniper for an ally to take down. Halo 2's AI is expected to be revolutionary for the games industry.
Will more SPARTANs be in Halo 2?
Bungie has not confirmed or denied it. But there are some SPARTANs still alive, according to the newest Halo novel, Halo: First Strike. So, there could be some SPARTANs in Halo 2. We will have to wait and see.
Will the Halo 2 environments be interactive?
Yes, they will be. In Halo 2, there will be destructible objects to add to the realism and strategy. Windows, columns and doors will shatter when they take damage. Enemy soldiers will be able to recognize these objects and strategically destroy them to make the player an easier target. In addition, the Master Chief will be able to shoot out lights and hide in the shadows when stealth makes more sense than confrontation. In the video released at X03, pillars can be seen getting thrown across a room when a grenade goes off nearby, and in the E3 demo, the same effect occurs with tables. Both are good examples of the new environment interaction.
What new abilities does the Master Chief have in Halo 2?
In Halo 2 the Master Chief can put down his weapon and sprint for a short amount of time, he can shoot out lights and hide in the darkness; he can climb certain things, and flip over objects to create cover. He can shoot 2 weapons at one time as long as each weapon only takes one hand to hold. Master Chief can also hold 2 different guns at the same time under the same circumstances. The Chief can also jump on to moving vehicles and hijack them by either kicking the driver out or shooting them out.
Why is Sgt. Johnson in Halo 2? Didn't he die in Halo?
Sgt Johnson, or Sarge, as he is known, was loved by Bungie and fans alike. Although he died in the legendary ending movie, that was just for laughs, and was not part of the plot. In reality, Sgt Johnson survived the Flood, the destruction of Halo, and made it into Halo 2’s storyline. To understand the full story behind it, read the latest Halo novel, First Strike.
What does the box art for Halo 2 look like?
As of now Bungie has made no official cover art. Many websites have put up art, but it has all been made by fans or the website that posted it. Nothing official has been released.
When will Bungie release a playable Halo 2 demo?
Bungie has stated that there are no plans to release a playable demo in the near future, since they want the player to be more surprised of the new game play when they get the full game, and a demo would eliminate that surprise. A demo will probably not be released until the full game is already on the shelves.
Halo's subtitle was "Combat Evolved". What is Halo 2's subtitle?
Bungie has not released any official subtitle to Halo 2 yet. Several sites are reporting that it is "Broken Covenant", but that is not being confirmed by Bungie as the actual subtitle. It is not even known yet if Halo 2 will have a subtitle. The world will have to just wait and see.

interesting. maybe not worth 1 hr of ur time, but still ok.
btw, the best way to kill flood is not with a assault rifle. u waste too many ammo that way. the best gun combo is pistol and shotgun. the shotgun kills the big guys, and u can pistol snipe them from far away. as for the little bulb things, they just take 1 shot, and a whole hoard of them die from 1 poping and exploding the others. if they do hit u, it's not very deadly. ur armor is more than capable to handle it.
most of ur guide we already know bout. not to be offensive or anything, but u prob had something better to do in that 1hr u just spent.

New stuff about Halo 2
Battle rifle (the new standard gun) has even better accuracy and slower rate of fire with a scope.
Submachine gun has less accuracy with high-speed firepower.
Energy carbines give the Covenant sniper abilities (you can use them too).
You can now use energy swords.
You can use the R trigger to deliver uppercuts.
You can lock-on to target by waiting for the tageting sensor to turn red and deliver one-hit kills.
The rocket launcher now has homing missiles.
The needler is more deadly.
Ghosts have turbo-boost.
A new Covenant enemy called Prophets sit in hovering chairs, stratgically leading the enemy.
Another called Brutes are armored large warriors that smaller than Hunters but are deadlier than Elites.
You can kill lights and hide in shadows to evade detection but the Covenant wcan search for you with flashlights.
Your team will flip objects over for cover and also call in sniper and Warthog fire.
Enemies shoot through destructible objects to get to you. They will also be more coordinated as a team.
In multiplayer....
It's Spartans (humans) vs. Elites (aliens).
You can tweak your armor and color scheme.
Form clans on Xbox Live or Bungie.net. Lan games support 16 players.
You can target fusion cores that deliver huge explosions.

Halo is the best game of all time. I played this game more than all the games i've played in my life, and enjoyed it. Seriously. I can't wait till halo 2 i'll be playing it so much.

I think what makes Halo so good is that you are immersed in the game.
It has very good gameplay and an involving story.
HL2 doesn't look bad at all but I noticed that what makes it look good is really just sharper graphics. The story of Half-Life wasn't all that great. TBH I think the best thing about HL is Counterstrike.
The main thing about Doom III is the enemies. They look like something out of Silent Hill.
Halo beats all of them because it makes you feel like you are in a struggle.
As I said before, it's like a movie.
Someone should make a movie btw.

Just looked at the Halo 2 trailer in your sig.
I'm to say it but out of Doom III, HL2, and Halo 2, Halo 2 seems to have more atmosphere than them all.
Watching that makes want to go back and play Halo again.

Halo is the best game of all time. I played this game more than all the games i've played in my life, and enjoyed it. Seriously. I can't wait till halo 2 i'll be playing it so much.
Doom III wase'nt nearly as good as I thought it would be and got board at times playing it. I don't know too much about Half-Life 2 but im not a Half-Life fan so I really don't care about the game, though it does look good by the screenis, not as good as Halo 2 will probably be.
It has very good gameplay and an involving story.
HL2 doesn't look bad at all but I noticed that what makes it look good is really just sharper graphics. The story of Half-Life wasn't all that great. TBH I think the best thing about HL is Counterstrike.
The main thing about Doom III is the enemies. They look like something out of Silent Hill.
Halo beats all of them because it makes you feel like you are in a struggle.

I have played like 10 minutes of Half-Life and thought it was boring. I don't get why so many people liked it. And yes probably the best and only good part about Half-Life is probably Counterstrike (Steam is a load of shit though).
