Re: Favorite Canadian stuffs
Also how could I forget James Cameron? Terminator 2 is still my favorite action film probably.
-
Re: Favorite Canadian stuffs
No one in Canada actually considers either Bryan Adams or James Cameron Canadian. Adams has lived in London - England not Ontario, for at least a couple of decades and Cameron moved to Hollywood (then Malibu and New Zealand thereafter) in 1971. You could make a case for Elon Musk being more "Canadian" which is equally absurd btw.

Nah, private share circa 2000. Still have it burnt on a 650 MB CD-R somewhere.

Terminator 2 and Aliens are true classics. Avatar was so hyped though, I can't believe four fucking sequels are planned
The Abyss (which we talked about on another thread) was also pretty underrated. And hard as nails to make, I felt sorry for the actors and crew after reading about the filming process and behind-the-camera events.

There is a documentary out that looks at how they made "Das Boot" back in the day. Highly recommended. Will turn you off any dreams of pursuing a film career if you ever had those.

LOL fancy her, Idol? Are you into Indian women mate?
I'm surprised she was able to integrate into Bollywood being a pornstar. That's never happened before in India, it usually doesn't happen in hollywood either.

Ripped from the rails of relevancy...
Well done, fellers - just like the old days.
Hey, is 'technical Canadian-hood' a thing, now that it's been mentioned here?

Re: Favorite Canadian stuffs
Like most things, it's real-ish mostly in direct proportion to how much you believe it is.

Squaws are hot although you may want to consider updating what you call them to "Indigenous People", racist.

Had to google squaws, that's a new one LOL. You know native Americans (don't know the equivalent in Canada) like the mojave and cherokee may take issue with calling Indians from India as Indigenous people. Not that it bothers me, I don't think squaws are into FOB Indians like me.

Put me down as 'in favor-of', then.
I can't avoid Canadians easily, given my occupation,

You wouldn't believe how 'un-touchy' most of them are.
And they ALL miss the Washington Redskins.

I'm currently designing a tee-short with a dunny-seat image, filled with swirling images of the various politicians I don't like.

Got to be Zamboni driver. Fur trader seems too obvious.

Re: Favorite Canadian stuffs
You can tell this is Canada and not somewhere in the States because he actually thought the police wouldn't kill him for doing this.
