I like soccer, but they don't really show it here. American Football is the stupidest thing out there- run for ten seconds, and everyone stops, huddles, stands around, lines up, and runs for ten seconds.

That's my main problem with baseball. Stops and starts would be ok but baseball is further hampered by it's uneventfulness.

I can go to hockey game but baseball is mostly painful to attend. It's like the stadium seats have spikes.

We changed it after years of the rest of the world sending their pros.

The game against Russia was not a fucking excuse. It was one of the worst episodes of flagrant pro sports cheating I have ever seen. The recent basketball debacle can only be blamed on us, whether it was poor team makeup (no jump shooters), our best players not going (Kobe, Shaq, Vince), or the team playing together for only a couple months while other teams play together all the time.

Why the fuck should we tone down our celebrations because of jealousy?
