they don't have much against oink if he didn't earn money from the site.
the accusations of the ifpi are basically false and the server was in holland (other laws).

i'm sure the oink owner knew exactly about the legal situation.

if this comes to court, i predict he'll get away with a fine.

who knows. maybe the site will be up and running again in a few weeks.

Wow, I can't believe Oink got shutdown! :( It's a very sad day indeed...
