The Best Movies Nobody Has Heard Of

I watch one Korean or Japaneese movie recommended by a friend.
Never heaard of it but it was brilliant.
It was about a poor young very healthy guy and a rich very ill man that
trades the body with the young one.
If anybody knows the name of the movie, please let me know.
