LOL ok, I'm not that good, but I'm like the only female regular in a pub full of guys. I've learnt how to play darts and table footie over the past 1.5 year :lol: :lol:
That was the way we used to practice in those days. Twice round the board doubles followed round the board trebles. In those days you had to start and finish the game with a double. So you had to be good at doubles. :)

In England competitions you dont need a double to start the game of 501. I have seen players in the Enlish league that would wipe the board with these television players. But like everything, when it comes to competitions they dont have the nerves.
