It's listed under the rarity section as level 2, but overall content, speed and pretimes it's one of the best trackers so it's considered a 4.5.

I decide to make Rewiew of an pretty rare finnish tracker hubaa. It's the 2nd rarest tracker in finland. They have an invitesystem, but they handle Invites only users who are in VIP userclass. sometimes the give invite to other userglasses. They have form for inviterequests.

Nah not really, no1 wants that site and lots of people are probably willing to trade it if ppl actually start asking for it.
I dunno, its has pretty decent prespeed uploads and nice speeds to boot. With the decrease of invites I gotta give the upping it to 3.0 a +1 aswell.
I think 2.5 lvl is enough for ST.

The amount of invites just went to almost nothing. I would not agree that it should be "upgraded" immediately, but in a month or two, if nothing has changed, I think a move would be appropriate.
Thoughts?
