Last one to post wins the internets
Just Eat more fruit and veg or only fruit and veg.
I've been just eating raw fruit and veg and juice also fasting.
Watch some videos on fasting on YouTube it really cures everything, I don't get headaches, aches pains tiredness, I don't feel tired, sick, depressed, I don't crave junk 24/7 and I feel generally more happy, and I've lost a good few stone and I've only been reading about fasting for 2 weeks.

I don't take advice from fat, stupid people, thanks.

I know exactly, I can't see any fat vegans on YouTube, when people said eating more fruit is good for you, i used to ignore it too, a stupid doctor would give you a toxic drug to get healthy and make you more toxic, it's simple common sense, get off the Cooked dead food which is clogging up your intuition and see for yourself, everything that is ass backwards is accepted as truth, don't listen to me, I don't know anything about anything.

The medications make you insane, you never feel good, you never feel right. You have try raw food and then come back and tell me how stress free you feel.

Okay, Allen. Step away from the cheese grater.

Medical science and myself have agreed that I'm less than correct in the cranium. We've embarked upon a clinical trial which I'm not holding out much hope for.
Nine days into my chemical rebalance I can honestly say that I feel pretty much worse than I did before I began save for the knock-out effect they induce per noctum. This helps, of course, seeing as how I'm a pure chronic anti-sleep adherer. Well, I'm not, my brain is. All I do, though is spend my days looking forward to going to sleep.
I wouldn't really mind stepping into a coma if someone can provide the bed and life-support.
Stick with it, my friend. Keep trying until you find the right anti-depressant that works for your brain chemistry. I went through all of the older ones, then found Cymbalta. It works on two different chems, and has made significant difference in my life. Unfortunately, everyone is different and what works for me may make you feel ENTIRELY nauseous, or put you to sleep. That is NOT how you should feel. Nobody can or should live like that.
Go through the gambit. It isn't easy, and can sometimes make you feel worse than shit. A couple I tried were so unpleasant that I called my Dr. within the first couple of days and made a switch. Good news is that nobody abuses these drugs, so most doctors have samples (I don't know if it would be different in UK) and it is not too hard to try something else.
If you can (money not being a limiting factor) ask for the later-generation anti-depressants. Most of the earlier ones were very similar to sleeping pills. The newer ones have fewer of those side-effects.

Allen, I would never have broached the national health service if I wasn't truly at the point of suicide. I don't spend tax-payers' money lightly.
I've had a wart on the inside of my nose for ten fucking years. I've allowed myself to have it despite the unpleasantness and unlikelihood of a wart ever having such magnificent longevity.
That's socialism. I've even written an ongoing poem about it. That's a release you don't get on the national health, believe you me.
