Peerportal isn't technically open reg, but they are giving away massive amounts of invites to users, and if you've been here for over a month and have been relatively active, I will invite you (through pms, dont reply here).

theres about 1500 torrents, and ratio is easy to get. after this massive signups they are stopping invites and it will be hard to get in
