I looked on their webshite, like. The one they've sent me is listed as being by infinius (the same make as the one I ordered) but it just doesn't have any branding on it. My only concern is that it might be a bit shit when it comes to hdcp handshakes and stuff. I'm going to be running the pc with a bluray drive through it (along with xbawx and skyhd) and I don't want it dropping the signal.
edit: assuming it is inifinius, it should hopefully be fine, like
no model number or anything on it at all? :wacko:
there's a model number which just gives results on google for those made in china webshites. Having said that, I just set it up and it seems to work perfectly with my pc.
edit: I was worried the pc might not pick up the secondary desktop (which is connected through the matrix) or might lose it when I switch the source to the skyhd box. after testing it, it works and keeps the secondary desktop active so I can switch back and forth on the matrix at will:happy:
