cheers done, i know i could do it, just never found it before.

I still dont like the new name for them though, again its saying trading is fine, and you only get rep points for trading (which is obviously not the case).

If they are going to go this route, then why not have 3 sets of rep points.

1: Member rep points (just for doing good stuff around the forums)

2: Giveaways, (or for tracker staff, making giveaways and getting users in from here)

3: Trading points as they are now.

but the rep point is now for all the things that you said

But its not

Hover over the tick and you will see it says

"add a Trading rep point to Username"

thats not, add a rep point for this user being a good member and being helpful to the community rep point.

I dont really give a crap about Traders, if they trade they trade, but if they get caught dont come running to the staff on those trackers saying sorry i wont do it again, or my account got hacked crap.

But why should FST encourage it, by having "trading rep points" because thats what they are called now by the looks of it.

There used to be a different rep system based on more than just trading.

At least now we can see that anyone with lots of rep points is not to be trusted. :smilie4:

Hard to implement ,and no doubt given time people will find a way to abuse it,but I'm in favor of anything that might better this site.
If nothing else people would be better informed with what kind to person that they might be dealing with.

Anyone with a lot of rep points is either a trader or someone who gives away accounts/invites to strangers.
Both of those possibilities mean they break the rules of trackers and personally I don't trust them an inch.

But it's not only that, people also gives rep points to members they like, that helped them with some problem/question and/or if they give support to a member in some way.


Also, i prefer to invite people that i don't know than invite supposed friends which then go cheat or gave me an email which are not from them, but from he's friends because they already have it, and then they're friends are retards which go cheat, or, flame, or spam, or even all:frusty:

While here i help people that need it, and even if they don't really need no problem, since they accounts will be disabled due to inactivity.

And here i request for ratio proofs and speedtests, and some other rules, if someone don't follow the rules then i add them to the ignore list and/or simply ignore them, because if he doesn't have brain to follow the rules then he don't have brain for the invite.:rolleyes:

A month or so ago I gave waeldiab an invite to bitme, which seems to have been a mistake on my behalf, because just a few days ago he gave that account away. That is disrespectful to the inviter, and could get him in trouble. I chose him for the account and no one else, I'd rather he delete it than give it away.
