My question is do you follow some sort of training program or just basically sit around at the gym until some semi-attractive woman walks by and then you jump on the nearest piece of equipment and start loudly counting from thirty?

I was going to suggest this workout to you but by that picture your abs already look in good shape.
I don't have much in the way of abs, never have lyke. And 5 months ago I had my appendix out, it was a day away from bursting so they couldn't do keyhole and had to cut through 5 layers of muscle, left me fucked for weeks but got a sick scar from it :smilie4:
Got to stay in hospital for a couple nights and after the op I got to piss in cardboard boxes in my bed, win.
I did have a suppository from a male nurse though, he was my first and it was pretty awkward :ghey: I also got morphine squirted in my mouth from female nurses and a few boxes of tramadol to take home, I crushed some up into a spliff but not much happened from it and the misses shouted at me :unsure:
That may in fact be the single greatest tale of tragedy and triumph that I've ever had the privilege to hear.
Anyway that made me think,I vaguely remember having chickenpox or measles or something similarly plague-like when I was young but nothing but self-inflicted harm since I've been a child so win me.:)
In other uninteresting and highly self indulgent news,I ran for like two hours straight today and found that miraculously I can't even seem to tire myself out anymore.I think it must be the cooler weather or maybe the drugs.
