If there is no possible way or place to pee, or you start to feel pain near your bladder, the smartest thing to do it to roll up a towel and wet yourself, this may be difficult if you are wearing a skirt, if you are try to put a towel between your legs.

It's not always what you imagine, I haven't slept for 36 hours, and I had a full day's worth of manual labor setting up a Quadrupole-Time of Flight Tandem Mass Spectrometer. Involved bits of heavy lifting, rolling around on a dirty lab floor with wrenches and screwdrivers.
