cannot signup at horrorchannel. it gives email address already exists. i have never been a member there. when i try to recover, it says cannot send email. contact an administrator.

Signups are open, but they have a corrupted SQL table, which means signups can't be completed properly, but email is logged. Atm you can enter only by invite, with a different mail.
