Maybe admin should just delete oversize avatars if they cause this much hassle :unsure: anyway that put to one side any constructive advice like how to reduce the image size without reducing the quality too much would be greatly appreciated :cool: Sorry for breaking rules but it was unintentional and thats what rules are for in the first place but thats me all over life on the edge :rolleyes: :D

Job sorted I think, what app did u use to shrink I only use adobe cs2 and find it very complicated for a novice.

Nice, what is the best way of reducing size without too much quality loss in CS2 ? I just removed frames that it did'nt seem to need is there a way of presetting the output size of the gif in bytes?
