it is a file sharing program called waste where you can set up a network and a new user must be keyed into the network by another member. you can search by user and see what they are sharing directly or search to find the file. at msu we have it on campus because stuff downloaded from local ip's doesn't count towards our daily download limit.

BTW, best cover IMO is any John Hammond cover of a Tom Waits song- better than the original by a good site- the album John Hammond: Whicked Grin is all Tom Waits covers
