same here, and i've kept my seeds running FOREVER.
the only thing you can really do is sort by leech count, which i think the highest is the X-Files compilation, and just download one episode...

you should be able to help out your ratio that way.

UKNova.com for BBC and United Kingdom torrents is the best.

MySpleen is great for cartoons and some of the odder stuff. BitMeTV is great for mainstream.
