Bittornado.
Five years ago, Kazaa opened my eyes to the giant digital candy store that was illegal file-sharing. Then that first round of Napster lawsuits scared me off for a while. Since then, I briefly tried file-sharing over AIM, which is great if you can get it to work, but there were lots of kinks in the system, so lately we've mostly been content to simply burn mp3's to disc for our friends and vice versa--no way to get caught with that. Limewire I've had mixed results with.
Use azureus at home, torrentflux (bittornado) on one server and uTorrent / Azureus on another server.
torrents and winmx
utorretn but if am not using that than ares
Most of the time I just use Ares, I used to use Frostwire but then I started getting ALOT of fake files just like Kazaa so I quickly quit that. Most of the time I use newsgroups and just download the whole CD to see if I actually might like another song by the artist, to each his own though.
BearShare doesn't work. It says press the SIGN IN button @ the top left to sign in. I do that and it just gives me that same message again.
utorrent+limewire = :D
Mostly from eMule nowadays. eMule is pretty much the only P2P I use.
