Vice City

there is sound included and cut scene movies u just need to download the speech addon and put some mp3s ion the mp3 folder and then u got a radio station

but some files say access denied all the time!

I've been searching for GTA4 for a while. There are tons of GTA3 files labeled Vice City but so far now GTA4.

There is no GTA4

GTA
GTA 2
GTA 3
GTA London
GTA Vice City

Have you been able to find GTA - Vice City (not GTA3) on Kazaa?

Ya but they're uploading all the stations, for the moment only emotion 98.3 is available (addonz) and works very good! :huh:
