What's a user's bar, is that another word for Pub?

If it's an English bar, then the beer is only 2.5 % , on average. This would be due to the recent war effort ( WWII). Which is why Man United fans are always drunk on arrival at the European venues. So... It's obviously not their fault! :) ( I just had to..I have been waiting weeks)
