yeah poor guy states he only has 100 kB/s, he's also the only uploader that doesnt have a box. he's on there irc all the time.

one condition it must be more then 2k users, cause now on its only 20-30 % of them active, rest of the peeps just registered and thats it
So lets increase max users limit to lets say 5-7k, so that it will grow much better
