Yes, I think its good idea too.

So inside the bittorrent section there is two more section:

Bittorrent trade section
Bittorrent Free invite section

I agree....But i think the free invite section will also apply the 1 month rule for newbies.:)

Honest question:

Do you all think that if we had a separate section with no ability to give "rep", that was only for giveaways and freebies, that the amount of giveaways would drop considerably?

Yes for sure it will drop because some members here are only concern with their "rep".... but the majority of members here are willing to give some invites without anything in return. That's why this forum is called Filesharing..

BTW: I am also agree to have a separate "rep" ( we can change it to "GM" = Good Member) from giving invites. this way we can easily identify the person is trusty and a good member.:)
