So you might have a hard time getting into TL right now cuz nobody knows you. You might wanna try Bitsoup.org to get started. They often have open signups. keep trying. If you are lucky enough you may try getting into T-D(TL's little bro)
These are great places to start. Don't be discouraged cuz everybody seems to be using other trackers that you can't access. Most of these guys have been playing in the Big Leagues for a long time.

5 Best sites:
TVT, Demonoid, BCG, revTT, Ncore (Ive heard TT is really good too for Trance)

(Jst to clearify I have BitmeTV, and other good *rare* sites but I think those are tops
