the reason they say over one million peers is that...
some may be leeching many torrents and user's seeding many torrents, with over a hundred thousand user;s it could very well equal a million peers.

According to the stuff I've been reading... its says admin made thousands of pounds. How?

So do they have a free sign up day.. when/if they come back? or the old user accounts backed up in a secret location or something like that?
