FSC: what do you guys think about it?

are there any not connectables in fsc?...and is it possible to maintain the fsc account just for the community without downloading and uploading anything...i mean 0 download 0 upload.

Don't know abt the secound one

I'm not a member there, but i think it's just a tracker for level chaser

I've wanted one since last year, and haven't met anyone with an invite...
