Good luck, SiNa, and study hard. I imagine the competition for medical school is as fierce in Norway as it is in the US. But your perseverance will pay off, and in the process, efforts toward self-discipline like denying yourself enjoyable, non-productive distractions are good for character growth and will help you to set the best priorities throughout your life. Also, learning seemingly irrelevant subjects will add to a fund of knowledge that you'll be able to draw from in unpredictable ways. Just remember to have fun along the way.
