yeah a delay wouldn't necessarily make the project immune to all these problems which creep up during transition. better now than later anyway. imo though, they shoulda withheld on the ratiowatch. the clock's ticking, and users have no means of pulling up their ratio.
Personally I am happy they launched it now... I just hope the mods don't goin crazy from all of the bug reporting!
For those who asked what gazelle is, it is an entirely new source code written by the admins at what.cd. Hopefully it will become an alternative to TBsource, the horribly broken, slow, featureless source most torrent sites use :S
Gazelle is suppose to be much better than TBsource. New skin is so sick.
But are they going to make Gazelle Public and how much would they charge if any tracker decides to migrate to Gazelle?

If they have a team of dedicated coders ready to fix bugs in real time then it's a good idea to launch Gazelle. What surprises me is that they haven't set up Bugzilla for users to submit bugs.
The layout is ok but I hate not to have "browse" feature. Maybe they'll implement tag cloud later.
It's really nice. I'm very happy they got it up and going.
