I agree, Egypt and Israel have one of the worst users from scammers to traders and to cheaters.

It's not going to be that long when trackers ban Isreali IP's.

Portugal has good users, some cheat not all.

Tehconnection is on the track towards world supremacy when it comes to movies. There are a couple of bugs left to weed out, and a couple of requested (and promised) features to implement - then we're all good.

hmmm why dont you post this thread on the site rather than posting it here?

I suggest to give new users a 1GB buffer to get them to start leeching without hammering their ratio.
