they would have a much harder time trying to prove criminal intent than they would in civil matters... i would think in a criminal case the defense could prove it is possible for log tampering, hence reasonable doubt... where as a civil suit it doesn't matter as long as the possiblity is there... so, its just a big watse of time if they are actually doing that..
so in otherwords... their efforts (if really true) will equal a major failure.... lmao

Seems it is true, the story is linked on oink.cd website. I'd take any possible pre cautions if your in the Uk and upped any pre releases. Wondering if uploaders in other countries with strict anti piracy laws might be at risks as well.
