as far as peers and # of torrents yes but the forums at What are boring. They both serve their purpose and you can find albums on Waffles you can't find on What and vice versa. I am not sure why everyone wants has to make it a competition between sites all the time.

+1 I'm a huge fan of both. I need both because many times one has what the other does not... Usually Waffles for more rare stuff, What if Waffles doesn't have a v0 up or something.

Nice! Have they implemented this with rss too or is it just a popup?
Re: What.cd realy topped themselves this time
Anybody noticed the new stats?
16k+ active in one day...
40% of requests filled, what really is taking off

i hope other trackers have the same idea to make "the life with the tracker" better and easier to share..
people have to realize the coding involved. building a new site from the ground up with new source code like what.cd did is 100 times easier than migrating an established site to an all new source code. Trying to code new features into the TBsource-code that most sites use is such an incredible pain in the ass, most decide to just accept the source code they have.

yes every notification has it's own RSS.
Re: What.cd realy topped themselves this time
Nice to know! It looks like What.cd is pulling out all the stops now.

What.cd at 202,000 torrents has around 40,000 more files than Waffles, I' think OiNK was around the 500,000 mark when that sad day came round last year.
So there's still a long way to go but not bad going for sites that are less than a year old.
What.cd imo is greater than Waffles in every respect & I've said this here, there & everywhere since day 1
OiNK had 220k torrents actually...
Also, I'd like to point out that you've been able to create rss notifications on Waffles for months now... Go to search.php and click the rss link near the bottom...
The only thing it doesn't do is allow you to type in multiple artists, but this would be really easy to code... :P

Apologies I thought there was many more that, these two site have really done phenomenally well in 9 months or so.
I'm guessing that what & waffles have more duplicated albums in the various formats than OiNK did...
