my vote for PTN and waffles
I like the STC original stylesheet alot, great choice of colours :)
This is a hard pick, I don't think I can choose just one clear winner. I'm with cine, fsc's bL4ck_aLi3n is pretty beautiful. But I'm not going to pick fsc because the site is slow to browse sometimes. I think my pick will go to e. The site is simple, fast, and beautiful. No matter the stylesheet you use. Although I think it looks the best with the dark and silver.
Although there is ptn, scl, and what.cd. All great looking sites.
I love BitMeTV's icons, for the stylesheet most probably SCC's.

Ohhh, and I'd say SCL and PTN. However, I wonder which tracker amongst the good ones (In terms of content, community, etc...) has the nastiest look. i.e: The one that will probably win a "Pimp my tracker" comp. and have 2 ghay designers performing their magic and executing a makeover...:P
Big fan of PTN... and more than one of PTN's many! I particularly like the blue and black themes - come to think of it - red is nice as well! Lol.
