Same nick, Easier to talk to friends in different channels.

2-3 different nicknames and different passwords( same letters, different numbers).

Always same username with a different password, unless you want to be totally anonymous.

Each site really isn't a different community to be honest. You'd be surprised how many people you will recognize from site to site, and it's not a bad thing to know some people.
