I clearly mentioned that his record isn't the best, but his awards/titles are a strong point for him.

However, if you insist on playing the awards/titles game, Cannavaro. He's even had a golden ball, something Maldini never had the chance to experience.

Look, I'm not going off on an anti-Maldini spiel here, I just don't think he's as good as people make him out to be. I mean, given even a few years Giorgio Chiellini will take over the ranks/fame of Maldavarro put together.
